Thursday Class September 2026
Slow down, settle in, and release the tension of your day. Welcome to Restorative Yin with Singing Bowls—a meditative practice designed to help you unwind deeply, calm your nervous system, and restore balance to mind and body.
In this session, we combine gentle, passive Yin yoga poses held for several minutes with the soothing, resonant vibrations of sound healing. As you yield to gravity in each shape, the acoustic frequencies of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls penetrate on a cellular level, guiding your mind into a quiet, meditative state and allowing your deep connective tissues to loosen and open.
What to Expect:
Floor-Based Postures: Low-impact, supported stretches using props like bolsters, blocks, or blankets.
Extended Holds: Shapes held for 3 to 5 minutes to release deep fascial tension and quiet mental chatter.
Sound Bath Waves: Continuous harmonic vibrations from singing bowls that promote physical relaxation and energetic alignment.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, let it out with a soft sigh, and allow the sound to wash over you as we begin.
